Cold Brew is Great!
Great Dunkin if you go when the morning crew is there. Food comes out good and so does the coffee. Have been loving the Sabrina Carpenter Shaken Espresso and when I go in the morning it's always the same and tastes great! Lately I've been put on the night shift and go on my break around 6pm and the times I've been it's been very lackluster. The shaken espresso I get has been different everytime and the first one I got was whiter than me(I'm very white) and tasted terrible. Just went again tonight and still tasted nothing like what I get from the morning crew and the sandwich I got was cold and tasted weird. Def only go during the morning crews shift if you wanna be taken care of.
I ordered jelly sticks and there wasn’t any jelly in them. This is unacceptable. This is how you lose customers and tips.

Parking: Small number of parking spaces shared by multiple businesses up front. More parking spaces in the rear. Gets very busy here.

Not my favorite Dunkin on the Island but certainly nowhere near the worst, either. Cashier messed up my order but the manager was quick to fix and make up for it

Well the first time I came to visit this establishment and wouldn’t come back. The coffee looks way too dark and way too sweet and as I ordered my bagel with crème cheese I was heard a woman say I’m not making that so the guy who took my ordered had me wait 4 minutes because his food help was too lazy…the tattooed guy had to do it all!
Vegetarian options: Don’t bother ordering they’ll cry about doing there job.

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to ever. Poorly managedDon't go there. Takes forever to get a cup of coffee and you have to explain how to make it several times. When I was at the speaker it took five minutes to get a response. People were honking their horns and some customers pulled out when they could and left. Get serious people. You're running a business, act like it and get with the program.
I've been getting the same breakfast on my trip - since I'm now gluten free - and it's delicious every time. ? Veggie and egg white bites with hot chocolate with three shots of caramel. Yum.

third time this week i ordered at the drive thru wait 5 minutes for my food and they tell my they are out after i pay and get my coffee.... im on my lunch break and dont have much time ive just been taking the loss and driving away after paying.... i don't have time to wait for the supervisor to refund me ill just pay the extra and go to starbucks across the street from now on

I went to that place today with my family but unfortunately we could not enjoy the food and drinks because the two people who were working today afternoon they didn't want to take my order, just because we are Hispanic 12/09/2023 that’s racism because the man was speaking rudely to me and to my mother, still with his rude attitude he took my order and then I was paying with my card and he told me your card doesn't work. so I took another card and he also told me again your card doesn’t work and then I told my mother let's pay with your cards and again he said my mother’s cards doesn’t work either and of course! the cards work well. Just simply he didn’t want to giving us food just because we are Latin people. I tried to pay 5 times we couldn’t get food, That was so sad for us because they didn't want to give us food. those two guys are not good to work in that place.
