Worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to ever. Poorly managedDon't go there. Takes forever to get a cup of coffee and you have to explain how to make it several times. When I was at the speaker it took five minutes to get a response. People were honking their horns and some customers pulled out when they could and left. Get serious people. You're running a business, act like it and get with the program.

third time this week i ordered at the drive thru wait 5 minutes for my food and they tell my they are out after i pay and get my coffee.... im on my lunch break and dont have much time ive just been taking the loss and driving away after paying.... i don't have time to wait for the supervisor to refund me ill just pay the extra and go to starbucks across the street from now on

I went to that place today with my family but unfortunately we could not enjoy the food and drinks because the two people who were working today afternoon they didn't want to take my order, just because we are Hispanic 12/09/2023 that’s racism because the man was speaking rudely to me and to my mother, still with his rude attitude he took my order and then I was paying with my card and he told me your card doesn't work. so I took another card and he also told me again your card doesn’t work and then I told my mother let's pay with your cards and again he said my mother’s cards doesn’t work either and of course! the cards work well. Just simply he didn’t want to giving us food just because we are Latin people. I tried to pay 5 times we couldn’t get food, That was so sad for us because they didn't want to give us food. those two guys are not good to work in that place.

On our way to Easton's Beach in Newport, we stopped by the Dunkin in Middletown. This Dunkin has a different set up from the others. You can see the "kitchen", where they're making the bagels and other food. The iced coffee is all on tap, same way beers are poured at most breweries.I got a cold brew with cold foam. There is no available self serve creamer, sugar, or anything. This was a pretty busy location. The workers would help themselves by having these things available to costumers, so they're not asking for it, hence making the process much faster and smoother.My coffee was fine, but the time spent to get it the way I like it was a bit ridiculous. I don't recommend this location of Dunkin.

Service, in this case, a lack thereof needs improvement. It appears the employees morale are very low and this speaks volumes about upper management. I will not support this establishment and will highly encourage all my colleagues to abstain from this place.

I decided to go through the drive through for convenience but it ended up not being convenient at all. I ordered a large decaf sugar free vanilla latte. I guess it should have been my first sign when I couldn't hear the girl on the speaker. No one asked hot or iced. I pulled up to the window thinking all was good. The lady at the window even had a sense of humor. I paid and then someone brought me a cold latte. They went and remade it hot and then didn't even put the vanilla in it! It had no flavoring whatsoever. I was not offered a receipt so here we are... I won't be going back to this location. I'd rather drive the extra few feet, get out of my car and pay a little more for something that is delicious- Starbucks! I guess you get what you pay for.

The staff keep it all very clean and the temperature was perfect. Loved that they had outlets, my phone was almost dead and I need that for my ripta pass. I'd be FUHUHUUUUUUC€D without that. Food is good and fresh, good drinks. Me and my partner chilled there for hours because it was very hot, they were wearing thick n hot clothes so very thankful for that. Made some small talk with a super cool person working there with these enchanting earrings matched with a badass necklace. Everyone just let us do our thing and were super nice, created a- maybe nostalgic?- warm, calm, and all together safe atmosphere. Thank you guys for being so cool! Highly recommend going here, leave a tip too<3

This is the best Dunkin on Aquidneck Island! Yes, they're usually super busy, so you may have a 6-13mins wait on a busy Friday morning or weekend, but the crew here is the fastest out of ANY other Dunkin location! They did a great job maintaining their store during the peak covid season. Shout out to this hard working crew!! You are appreciated!!
