I have gone there many times and I was trying my vennmo card and it had money and got blocked so the staff made fun of me because my card wasn't working but all the other times I was there they were nice and stuff but it was only this time

The lady messed up my order and denied to correct my order even after asking twice. The avocado tasted rotten and less cheese in my loaded hash browns. I went for a quick stop but ruined my stop.

How this location is even in business is beyond me, the worst and I mean awful employees, I've given it a few tries but this franchisee needs a new operating Manual, the one on E Main rd is the only one I will go to going forward.

While waiting in line I saw something crawling on a donut. I walked up to the case and saw all of the donuts had gnats and flies crawling on them.

The wait at this Dunkin is always so insanely long even when you order ahead which I have to do because of I order at the window it's always wrong. Spent 15 minutes in line today to get my loaded hash and coffee. Mocha all sitting at the bottom 2 inches thick. And my loaded hash browns which were supposed to have extra queso on them and I swear there wasn't even a full teaspoon worth on it
I came through Monday morning and ordered my coffee and then decided at the window to add an English muffin with cream cheese and I paid with a 10$ bill told her to keep the change and she didn’t give me a receipt then they forgot to give me cream cheese so I came back as soon as someone came to my work around 8:20 and the women tried telling me that I didn’t order any food and told me they would replace the muffin this time but in the future I need my receipt. Like I came up with this plan to get a free English muffin I purchase a coffee and breakfast sandwich every morning but I will go to a different Dunkin from now on.

The drivetru workers are always Rude never get your stuff right I would save myself some trouble and go to the one on east main not much better but at least they get the order right...

Awful service. I was told to take my business somewhere else, after they messed up my coffee 4 times. 👎👎 The manager did try and rectify the issue. My family and I will definitely be taking our business elsewhere, and suggest you do as well.

They really need to replace the employees they have right now, I try to come here at 9:00 and it is literally gridlock cars not moving at all, now I'm trapped unable to move out of the drive-thru. If you are unable to do more than one car every 10 minutes, you should shut down your drive-thru. This is all relatively recent too
