We had another wonderful meal at The Food Shack tonight. My dad and I shared the nachos which were superb and my daughter enjoyed her rice bowl. And don’t forget a side of plantains! Also they serve local beer now which is a bonus. You need to eat here!
I met Will about 5-6 years ago. He had a very small place called Flat Wave Food Shack. He did Everything himself. Cooking, Cleaning,Cashier,Bus tables Everything! I told him I was from Hawaii (Big Island) and I brought Kona Coffee for Special People I would meet while I was on my road trip. So I gave him a Pound of Coffee. We talked for a while,and his dream was to Own a Bigger Place and be Successful. He is a Very Hard Worker and has a Great Personality! Not to Mention the Food...read full review
