Sort of a trendy market/counter serve restaurant. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of Foodlove or places like it. Too much money for a 'meh' sandwich, chips and drink. If you like trendy, then you might like it. I'd rather have good food.

The concept of this market is great. The area really needed something like this. But unfortunately I will never go back after how rude the manager was to us. We were going into the market to buy food for a party we were throwing and probably would have spent hundreds of dollars but walked out because of this. Management style is definitely not aligned with the “foodlove” branding. I hoped for a more kind and welcoming staff, especially to locals who would have otherwise been frequent customers.

Outstanding! Great marketplace! Thank you to the group for blessing us with this store/bakery/prepared yum & specialities! Was in yesterday first time and grabbed some garlic shrimp, lobster salad, fresh pasta & sauce and some summer salads. Next time the fresh pizza! Everything was excellent. Cookies were just okay they had nuts …thanks again

Asked for a lemon slice at the cafe . Lady lied and said they don’t have. Told me “go buy one” with attitude.
Just wanted a lemon slice. I asked the cashier if they have lemon slices back in the cafe and she told me they most definitely have lemon slices.
Cafe lady, why are you treating me differently? I’m sure you give other people lemon slices when they ask. It’s especially hurtful because I’m sensitive to prejudice as an ethnic looking bearded middle eastern individual. Grow up. Learn to be kind. to everyone.

Best place for food in Middletown by far! On our six day trip, we stopped at Foodlove 1-3 times a day. The whole family loved the sushi, bread, baked goods, and of course the pizza!
On our last night, we ordered the pizza for delivery. DoorDash never went to the store to deliver. One of the employees actually delivered the pizza himself after hours. THANK YOU!!!
This is a perfect spot to pick up food for the beach or a picnic, all ready to eat, fresh, and delicious!!
We are going back for one final lunch before we head back home!!

I shop here often. Whole Foods is my preferred destination but Providence is a hike. Very disappointed recently in many of the prepared foods. I bought grilled salmon, egg noodle pasta salad and store made chicken salad. The latter was greasy and over salted. The salmon was undercooked and as I was trying to enjoy eating it right out of the fridge, there were slimy globs of white fat at the bottom of the cut. Extremely off putting and unappetizing. The pasta salad was overly dressed with mayonnaise. I’m really turned off. Super expensive, no to little fresh organic produce and prepared foods that are sub par. And lacking variety from week to week. I’ll have to rethink my shopping going forward.
