Update: In the few weeks I was in town I came a few times to Ida's and the staff was always friendly and food excellent. Super fresh pasta thats just so light and delicious.

Parking: Park behind it in the NAPA parking lot...they are closed during restitant hours so it's not a conflict

Enjoy a cozy & clean atmosphere with yummy comfort food and a lovely staff.
One of the best meals I have had on the island! Service was top notch. The place has a strong family/neighborhood vibe which I enjoyed. Only gripe is that I found it more expensive than I had expected.
Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options. The eggplant parmesan was great and the salads are terrific.

Amazing little restaurant! We went for dinner (toddler included) and the staff were amazing and so kind to our son and it made our whole experience! The food was incredibly delicious and waiters attentive and they played with him every time they came by!

Spectacular dining experience between the service, Sarah and Olivia were phenomenal! The food, the scratch made fettuccine was perfectly cooked and coated with the hearty bolognese full of flavor, the eggplant app was mouthwatering and the Gorgonzola dip w/ garlic bread was incredible- they should bottle the stuff! The atmosphere was inviting and full of locals who were eager to share their recommendations! 10/10 will be back!

Olivia was super friendly and explained dishes perfectly. We are vacationing in Newport and wanted to dine out of city. Read reviews and said we'd give it a try. Homemade Pasta cooked to perfection. We had Eggplant parmigiana and Fettuccine Bolognese. Both taste. Will try again soon.

Quick trip to Rhode Island and found this gem! Hands down the BEST Italian food I've ever had (hopefully my Italian in laws dont see this post lol)! So good we went there both nights we were in the area. Wonderful service, nicely decorated, huge portions and do leave room for dessert. I truly can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. Go there you won't be disappointed!!
