This was my first visit to J.T. Commons. It has a nice vibe, industrial but warm. There were not a lot of people there at the time I went, but the noise level was good enough that we didn't need to think about it. I think the high ceilings really help. My companion and I split a pizza, which was excellent. It had just the right amount of cheese and toppings, and the thin crust was delicious. We also split a Caesar Salad. The dressing was not the best Caesar I've ever had, but it was flavorful and very good. We had a lemon-raspberry cake for dessert. The flavors were excellent, and the cake and frosting were light as a feather. Well worth the calories!

The hot fudge isn't really hot fudge, it's a syrup and they were out of maple walnuts for the ice cream.

We got 2 pizzas which were both delicious. Our friends got salmon and a salad with chicken. Everyone was very happy with their meals. Our waitress was very personable. It is a fun atmosphere, filled with locals, which always makes it a fun place to be.

Fabulous new place!! This is a great restaurant for all types of gatherings and food. I've had several great meals trying lots of dishes. The staff is super friendly and attentive.

We had a great time and enjoyed visiting with out of town friends. It's about our 8th time eating at JT's. I've had the salad many times, but it was mostly whitish romaine, not baby romaine and the dressing was very bland and didn't taste as good as it has the times before. No taste of garlic. In the past, the lettuce seemed more green. It was our first time ordering the G.F. R.I. Mushroom Pizza which was delicious.

Was my first time, and what they say, never get second chance on great first impression, but honestly it was a great first time experience! Attentive staff and management, fantastic cocktails, great recommendations on food choices. We were tucked in a corner and able to talk without yelling, was a great date night!

We had the salmon and the chicken sandwich, both were delicious. They have great fries! Our server was lovely, it was very busy so glad we made a reservation. The build your own sundae menu is a great idea, and the ice cream is extra creamy!!
