I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s But the customer service here was Terrible Manager was very Unprofessional /disrespectful. They messed up my order and he didn’t believe me so opened up the sandwich and snatched it from my hands when I told him the other employee said I would be able to keep the sandwich since they messed up and it’s gonna take another 20 minutes for Me to get my order he completely ignored me and just walked away. Jersey Mike’s is praised for its customer service & previously, I’ve never had a bad experience at any other location. This location didn’t live up to the expectations, Poor management.

Order a cheese steak and Italian both on white bread. They nearly forgot entirely about the Italian and then gave me chicken and cheese on rosemary and parm. Won’t be going back they can’t even pay attention to your order

Easily the worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. Server was extremely rude to the guest in front of me and when I asked to grill my sandwich the server complained about it taking more time even though the store was essentially empty.
I’ve been to many Jersey Mike’s across the country and all have met a high bar except this one

This is by far the worst Jersey Mikes I've ever been to. I'm originally from NC and Jersey Mikes are great there. I ordered a #44 with no lettuce and no blue cheese, add bacon and pickle. I get the wrap and it's covered in lettuce and blue cheese. No pickle no bacon. Like I don't think they even looked at my online order. I also tried the Hot honey chicken on a wrap and it's so hot it's not edible. But both wraps were just folded like squares. Not to even mention the order said ready at 6:57 and wasn't until 7:15. I can't believe I keep coming back to this place... luckily it's not many good food places here and this falls right in line with the rest.

For the price of the steak subs you expect to get a lot of meat! Yesterday I spent $39 on two steak subs that were more bread than steak! Fall River location is much better! Never again

Did an online order today. I order from this location minimum once or twice a week with the exact same order. Today food was delivered and it was missing 3 out of my 4 items and the sandwich wasn’t the one that I had ordered. I called the number posted and after I choose to speak with a rep it hangs up immediately. I had to leave work and go to the store to be able to speak with someone. Spent my entire lunch break trying to get my food and it could have been avoided if they just double checked the order when they gave it to the driver.
Follow up!!! I ordered again today thinking that it wouldn’t be a mess up again, and the exact same thing happened for my online order, did not get a single thing I ordered and can’t get someone from the store on the phone to talk to. No longer ordering from this store.

Went here yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. My mom decided to have a round 2 tonight and we sized down from the meals we purchased yesterday and somehow the bill was $6 more than yesterday, as well as $6 more than on the app?? Very weird, don't know if I'll be returning.
Edited to add: got a response to call. I did indeed, and whoever responded was not available. I left my information and still no call back, so I'm positive this business is not enthused to improve and frankly considering it's a fast food chain I can't say I'm surprised. I've decided I won't be returning. Save your money and patronize a local food establishment.

Have had inconsistent meals here. The sandwiches are very good but you cannot depend on the time to pick up. Website gives a 45 minute wait at lunch. Several times food not ready. That's the point of online ordering. Today added instructions for condiments and sandwich had none.
