In response to the question below: What can be done better?Put them cold subs in a hot press, then it would go all the way to five.Also the guy slicing the bread didn't do the best cut, leaving one side of the top bread paper thin.
Had the Italian and it was great. The store was very clean and service was great. My first time trying a Jersey Mike's sub and they didn't disappoint. I only got a regular size sub which is a half portion but I swear it was the size of a subway foot long.The quick response from management shows their passion for customer service and it's awesome!

When there was a mistake made to our order, Brandon went above and beyond to correct it and was polite, patient, and respectful when he made the corrections. He truly went above and beyond. My sandwich was wonderful.Dietary restrictions: Mushroom allergy

Obviously the food is great. The service sucks. First off they have like 3 spots for the whole building - I'm being dramatic but seriously it's so hard to find parking. Once you finally find parking you have to wait 20 minutes just to ORDER. They have the slowest guy cutting meat, taking his sweet a** time. What should have taking me 20 minutes all together took me 40!

I was the only one in the place at the time I placed my order. It took them 20to 25min to make a steak and cheese sandwich that was almost my entire 1/2 hour break from work. D’Angelo’s is right in the same plaza 2 doors over and it takes them a lot less time and by the time I get back to work down the street I have plenty of time to eat if I choose D’Angelo’s. So I will not be stopping in again.
