I walked down to this McDonald’s from my hotel, only to find the dining area doors locked. It would be nice if there was information online stating that the dining room does not open until 7:30 AM (supposedly). Very frustrating.

No one working spoke English so my order was wrong 4 times despite being right on the screen. By the fourth time I just left with cold fries and an incorrect dessert item.

Most of the food was cold. Service was bare minimum and ordering to eat in with the number didn’t work. They called your number and you had to get it. Not a big deal but then what’s the point of the Numbers you take to your table. Also asking for ketchup which we didn’t get was rudely answered as well.

Ordered a couple of cheeseburgers off the app, When I pulled up to get the food, the lady at the window didn't say a single word. She just handed me the food and shut the window. When I opened the food, the pickles for the sandwich were on top of the bread. Spongebob taught us that the order is bun, patty, lettuce, cheese, onion, tomato, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and then the top bun in that order. How did the pickles end up on the outside of the bun???

Their specials are getting better but the quality of their food is going downhill. I got gatherings that were only partially cooked and floppy and a burrito I couldn't until from the wrapper without typing the whole burrito 🌯 shell open. And they never give/show you a total at the drive through that reflects all the sale priced items. It's just annoying. You never know what you are going to pay until you get up to the window. Still better than how much BK has gone downhill.
All set with eating food from here . You don’t really wanna know what I think about fast food … my thoughts and theory is the government is trying to kill of low income people. There I said it . Funny how it’s ok to keep fast food restaurants open to increase heart disease and stoke from clogged arteries, but flavored vapes are Ban due to increased demand in young adults and health concerns.. so the youths can go eat themselves into cardiac arrest instead .

dis mc dondalds have da stalest bunz and they meat just isnt. took a large no 2 in dey bafroom and it flush down so that was the best part of the visit

Workers here are rude. One time gave drive thru my order but wasn’t on the screen so figured it didn’t go thru. Told all set drive up, he did not take my order so had to order again at window. Next time gave my order and they asked “can I help you?”. Asked if she was going to actually take my order (again). She said “no I’m just going to talk to you”, I drove off. Today ordered usual for my resident sausage burritos & iced coffee. They tried to hand me a hot, but did make the correct coffee. Said it was $5.53, I said it’s $4.99… she said “tax”. I told her every time I order it’s $4.99. She didn’t want to hear it, paid the $5.53. I got receipt and apparently hot coffee cost more & she didn’t fix it to reflect the iced coffee. Not going back, will go out of my way to go to the one on West Main.

Not a fan of the whole kiosk ordering. Lots of people standing around and nobody to take your order. The food is what it is, fast food. No hello or thank you from any of the staff. I guess that "Hello, welcome to McDonald's can I take your order" and "Thank You" are a thing of the past. 😒
