I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order placed through your service. The restaurant accepted my order, prepared the food, and a DoorDash driver arrived to pick it up. However, the restaurant staff refused to give the food to the driver, claiming they were closed, even though they had accepted and prepared the order.

Waited 7 minutes in drive thru for 2 cheeseburgers, large fry and coke. Had to pull up and wait. Employee came out and threw bag of food at me.
Children at the registered after i paid said theyre was sauce for my 20 nuggets in my bag not a single one worst mcdonalds ever dont go here and the manager dosnt care because he was in the back not present when the children werr busy

Stopped here to grab myself and my children dinner on the way to Newport as we are in RI for vacation. I ordered 3 McDouble meals and didn’t receive the fries. Went into the location to let them know and was received with attitude. The manager checked something by the drive thru and after he told an employee to bag them up the employee then says out loud in front of me if the manager believed me. First off I am a GM for a restaurant and the way this was handled was extremely unprofessional! 2nd It’s not like I went in the location looking like I needed to scam extra food. I can pay for my stuff thank you and I deserve to have the items I PAID for in my bag. Good thing I had to stop to use their rest room before heading back on the road or I would have been down the road before noticing. Do better McDonald’s!

It's a fast food restuarant like any other. Only thing is, there was a young blonde girl that was cleaning a mess near the front counter and she was swearing left and right. I understand they're mostly teens or young adults working there but there should be still some sort of professionalism there.
