This place actually impacted my cooking trajectory. I used to go here multiple times a week for years when I worked and lived down the street. Even when I moved away, I still came in multiple times a month when visiting family. Then last year (I want to say I noticed the upcharge around August 2024) they implemented a higher upcharge for gluten free wraps than the previous. That day I said to the employee that I needed to start cooking more at home. So I actually did start! Since then I've only been back twice when I was in dire hungry straits. Do I miss it? Sure. But I don't think that much of an upcharge for gluten free wraps made it worth it for me anymore especially as a regular of multiple years. Five stars for the food but one star for having such a high up charge for gluten free. I can't help being allergic lol

Super flavorful foods, including The Vegan wrap with lots of fresh toppings and you can ask for a really great whole wheat wrap. Their signature hot sauce is great too! Very friendly.

The owner who happens to be a good friend of mine told me to try the chicken falafel it was amazing if you're in the Middletown area with your family, and friends visit you won't regret it :).
Excellent restaurant for a quick bite! The staff was accommodating when my wife bought wraps for our kiddos. They were patient as she ordered and offered suggestions. The food is served in large portions, so anticipate having leftovers. The homemade pita chips and hummus are a must!

Eggplant is very difficult to prepare properly and takes time and attention. Things that gansett wraps does not have alot of. This is the same for international pockets right down the road too.
If the main ingredient of your signature wrap, that u named after your resurant, can't be cooked consistently like an easier ingredient such as chi ken or beef then just dont offer it.
Line cooks trying to get food out as fast as they can during a lunch rush just si ply dont have the time to properly be preparing something can can very easily be over cooked and ruined.
4 stars because all of their other ingrients are of very high quality and the food is very good. Just avoid the eggplant.

Always great food. I have never been disappointed. The quality of the food is excellent. I love the falafel. You receive 6 with humus or taziki sause yummy. It's one of my go-to places to eat. Mediterranean food at It's best.
Hubby ordered the steak and cheese wrap and fries and baklava a couple days ago, it was delicious we shared it, we don't order from here often but when we do it always taste great!

We tried the steak and cheese wrap; it was really good, you can split a wrap with someone or save the other half for later it’s a good size. We also tried the chicken stir fry wrap and the bacon chicken ranch wrap , their fries are the best and their chicken fingers are soooo good
