The food and service here is outstanding! We had take-out and Andrea had our food ready to go when we went to pick it up. She is friendly, attentive, and is an amazing chef. She cooked and smoked the ribs to perfection! We also had the beans, red slaw and macaroni and cheese along with corn bread. It was all delicious. We highly recommend the Rising Tide BBQ.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place was so damn good I had to. I had both the ribs and the sliced brisket (different days) and both were phenomenal. It's one of those places where you get full but you just keep eating cuz it's so damn good.

I just wanted to give a shoot out to Rising Tide BBQ and all their staff and the quality of the food we purchased in the large Family Pack. We had a group of 11 and the inclusions of six pounds of deliciously smoked Brisket, Pork, Chicken, and a rack of fall off the bone ribs. The package had all the fixings for a great family bbq dinner. The night was fantastic and everyone was very satisfied and full of sweet finger lickin happiness! Andrea who took the order had everything ready as soon as I walked in. Overall it’s a cool place and hopefully will get around to enjoying their menu for yourself!
Catering was a big hit at our party!

We had lunch at The Food Shack on a Friday to try some food off of their new Rising Tide BBQ menu. The brisket sandwich was just amazing! The meat was very tender & delicious and the roll was soft & fresh! The home made pickles were delicious and I loved the bits of burnt end brisket in their baked beans! We will definitely be back to try more on their specialty menu.
Everything was DELICIOUS!!

I thought I had stumbled into a BBQ joint run by a seasoned pitmaster from Memphis when I tasted the ribs and brisket at Rising Tide BBQ.
However, I know it’s just my neighbor Will and he’s from Portsmouth.
Rising Tide BBQ is a new local gem that's bringing big, bold flavors to fill the BBQ gap that Aquidneck Island has. Great Job Will and team!

We recently stopped in and had a brisket sandwich, it was very tender, with just the right amount of smokiness. We combined it with the Carolina sauce and slaw- so good! The house made pickles and beans completed the meal! We will be back for more.

Order early! Very busy joint and they sell out super fast!
Kid-friendliness: On Saturdays children under 12 years old eat half off of the Food Shack menu

We got bbq takeout a few weeks ago, might be the best ribs I have had, they fall off the bone. We dropped in again because that was the food of choice for a birthday. I love how you can grab different meats by the pound or pair it with one of their plates. I also have an allergy to canola oil and it’s comforting to know I can drop in somewhere and feel great after I eat.
The service is quick and friendly. Highly recommended.

Hard to locate if your looking for the rising tide bbq sign. Drove past once, you need to actually look for The Food Shack. The restaurant has 2 menus. Ordered the brisket sandwich. Good flavor and tender. Their fries are interesting. Shaped different. Seating inside is limited to 6 tables. But they have an outdoor patio. Wasn't a fan of their coleslaw

I just picked up my first official barbecue dinner from Rising Tide BBQ. I’ve been a fan of Flat Waves for years. I ordered the brisket sandwich which came with fries, bbq sauce, slaw and pickles. Needless to say, I will be having it for a second meal it was a lot of food. The brisket was amazing. It melted in your mouth. I also ordered a side of mac & cheese, and it was different than what I expected but it was good.
