be careful when you’re placing an order online. They automatically add an 18% tip. Apparently there’s a place to edit but if you don’t see it, you are automatically charged. I think this is outrageous. I enjoyed my lobster roll, but not so much after I learned this.

Food is so good. The twin lobster roll meal is probably the best deal and one of the best tasting in Newport. However, the staff could be a lot friendlier. Yea, this might just be a summer job, but a smile and some eagerness goes a long way to a customer who just spent $80 at your establishment.
