Sprout and Lentil

I got the reuben and my friend got the jackfruit burger and both were incredibly delicious!! Great flavor, quality ingredients, perfect portions. What an absolute delight, will be returning.

SO GOOD! Made to order, delicious food. Got the chicken sandwich (cauliflower) bbq style and it was sooo flavorful. Also loved the Mac and cheese. My husband got the beet falafel wrap and he loved the feta and the wrap in general.

Amazing service and so delicious. I will be back.

Great food but it was surprisingly served cold. I ordered the burrito with the tofu scramble and it came out chilly cold. I was expecting it to be hot but it still tasted fine and I was hungry. My friend enjoyed the Rueben and home fries. The home fries came out nice and hot. Service was with a smile. The place is supper tiny, only a few tables and 3 stools at the window.

Stopped in by accident for first time and had chili and fries. I was able to add my level of heat (that’s how it is intended) so it was perfect. There was a flyer for a pop up dinner they were hosting in the area. Luckily I was as able to get a ticket. The food that was freshly prepared for each guest was nothing less than amazing.

Very friendly, fast and delicious. We have been a few times and every time has been great. Very friendly staff, especially to our 15 month old, who also enjoys the food very much.

Delicious all vegan food. We had 6 different items and all were over the top good. Large portions so you can take food home. Service was excellent. This is an oasis of excellent, healthy and well priced food.

I had my food delivered, from 12 miles away because I was vacationing car free on an island resort with very limited options. So I wasn’t expecting much, but I was happy to be surprised. My sandwich was still warm and piled high with all the fresh and delicious fixings. I even got avocado slices added by suggestion and it was a good one.

Great place, great food! Carmen was so kind and sweet, the atmosphere is very welcoming, I really enjoyed it, the service is amazing and the food is exquisite. I really loved that place!

I can't emphasize enough how delicious the dishes are here. As someone who isn't vegan or vegetarian, I met a friend for brunch, and I have to say, this place is a must-visit if you're in the Newport area.

Unlike many places in RI, this spot truly knows how to season their food expertly. Even their chips were perfectly seasoned—I'd say they’re ten times better than Chipotle's.

The service was excellent and attentive to your preferences, which is a big plus these days.

I have no complaints at all. I ordered the nachos, which were fantastic, and the huevos rancheros, which were equally impressive and well priced Thank you!

Vegetarian options: The restaurant is vegan, but do not let this stop you from going.

Parking: Location and parking is behind the coffee shop. Plenty of parking.

First the food is delicious. We got the tofu Asian salad. In addition to tasty and flavorful, the presentation was outstanding. Loved the kind staff and even chatted with the chef, very homey.
