Usually no issues with this location, but on 08/31/2025 both of my coffees were big letdowns. Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew was nearly half cream (see pic)… like drinking a milkshake. Salted Caramel Sweet Cream Cold Brew was not filled with coffee and there was tons of cream added… what’s the deal with skimping on coffee?

I love Starbucks, for its caffeine. Two days in a row, coffee was very watered down. Frappe and latte were off too. I love Starbucks too much to leave a review like this. Please don't do this. You have measuring system. Let me have my full cup of caffeine!

In store service has been awful every time I’ve visited. Yesterday I ordered a simple tall black coffee. The cashier does not pour it as in other Starbucks. Sent down to the call in order end and waited for 10 minutes for one small black coffee. By the way, 5 people working behind the counter.

Katjia is an exceptional barista. She takes the time to engage with customers in the drive-through and build rapport. Talking with her was the highlight of my morning. Thank you for making the experience more than just a brief money-to-coffee exchange.

I have to say unfortunately, my experience was terrible. I ordered a large Pike 15. Raw sugars on the side 2 cream on the side. I received my order the sugar's first. Then the cream. I had to ask for my large coffee which I received watery. I am currently trying to call the store back. It has been busy for 15 minutes.
So, the board that shows the progress of your order shouldn't say "ready" when what you ordered, and already paid for, all of a sudden isn't available! I ordered on the app and paid on the app and when I got there, after reading the board, seeing it says my order is ready and waiting for 15 minutes while the antisocial kids that work there fail to make eye contact or engage with any customers, only to be told that what i paid for Is unavailable all of a sudden. If you want a better experience go to Custom House Coffee on Aquidneck Ave. In middletown.

I always get amazing customer service when I come here. Only took a star away because their brown sugar shaken espresso is always super strong and never taste like brown sugar but overall great Starbucks location!

Went there on 8/28 around 7:15am and the gentlemen working the drive through was amazing.great attitude in the morning & whoever made our vanilla lattes did a great job. Thank you

Terrible. I ordered 2 hot drinks on the Starbucks App, totalling $18 with tip. The app estimated my wait time to be 5 minutes. I went in after 10 minutes just to be sure, but they weren't up yet. I waited patiently for 25 more minutes and when I kindly asked the person at the register about my order she just walked away without saying a word, walked over to the mobile order person and whispered something to them. That mobile order person gave them a look of surprise, went to the drive through register area where they retrieved two drinks and moved them to the order pick-up counter without saying a single word. Thanks for the two luke warm coffee drinks and wasting my time. They are rude and lack accountability. Starbucks, check your cameras for incompetency because it's your staff that's robbing you of future business.

I've been in this place in-person once since it opened. Every time after that, I do a mobile order, I've to go through the drive-thru. The line is always long. Is this new location strictly drive-thru only?
