The place is not too friendly, all the baked goods were frozen, they were displayed but couldn’t buy anything….the bartender was nice to make it ready for us.The place itself is a little sad.

I liked my drink. I had the feeling the place could be cleaner, especially for not being busy. The atmosphere was nice. I was able to have a conversation with someone and not have to talk over others.

This place has gone downhill severely. The brunette girl with pigtails today (who I can only assume is a manager because she repeatedly screamed orders at other staff) physically tried to move me to grab a sandwich out of the refrigerated area WHILE I was trying to listen to the poor woman at the register answer my question. We will never be returning here. If you're that unhappy in your job, so something about it.
Expensive, and the French roast burnt flavor is an acquired taste enjoyed by many but not all.

Never in my life have I felt motivated to write such a complimentary review for a Starbucks. This Starbucks is just a gem. Every time I come here, with out fail, the employees are so kind and fast. Once, on a crazy packed Saturday AM, I waited for maybe 15 minutes and one of the employees apologized for the wait and gave me a $10 gift card. Not once has my order been incorrect. All online orders are ready and exactly how I ordered it. To this Starbucks, y'all are amazing. The way y'all go above and beyond is noticed.

Very rude clerk at the counter. African American female wearing a mask who looks pregnant. My 11 year old ordered his drink exactly in the "format" they expect. She clearly rolled her eyes as she stepped away. Came back and asked if he wanted anything else while never looking at him or acknowledging him, then gave the total etc, never once making any eye contact. It was completely rude and dipsrectiful. I watched her attend other customers and she never once looked at anyone. Why is this person greeting people and taking orders if she cannot be nice to people and look at them? Her attitude was as if she was bothered to be there and working for free. Put her somewhere else or explain to her the meaning of "customer service" and what she's supposed to be doing. This is a prime example of why the service industry is so terrible, because we let people like this be rude to people without correcting them because we're afraid they'll quit or they'll complain that they are in fact the being targeted or the "victims". Ridiculous behavior.
