Terrible!!!! The staff using racial slurs towards customers calling a man waiting to be help an Indian slur throwing around the N word. Unacceptable Taco Bell do better! I called to complain and the manager had no words! No I’m sorry nothing!!! Completely disgusting behavior that’s tolerated. I will be following up and filing a complaint. I could not believe what I experienced completely wild and completely embarrassing being a resident in this community and seeing how a business is running and treating customers. Manager and all the staff working should be fired who were working on the 11/26/24 night shift.

If there were negative stars, there would be minus ten. The service was subpar, to say the least. I'm not sure what machine was broken, but it smelled like burnt rubber when the window opened. My order was made wrong and missing items. Staff was likely on drugs because one just stared into space, and the other just giggled with bulging eyes. Didn't even give me any hot sauce. Smh.

Absolute mess , waited 20 minutes for my meal , this is by no means fast food, they need a good manager to straighten this place out , BAD SERVICE
Every time I order food online I wait 40 mins in store to get it which is so disappointing. Workers touch the door handles and go out and in without changing their gloves. Never going there again.

I always order the same thing from taco bell since I was a child soft taco supreme w nachebell grande and aswell worked at taco bell before until> I walked out because the behavior or a general manager who should of been terminated< but taco bell been my favorite always... I'm very upset that my comfort food was not particularly the same in fact tast like burnt oil the nachos tasted like old oil I automatically threw up after eating a few bites I did call and inform to check their food[ nachos] taste nasty he assured me food was good no sir it's not I don't want refund or remake or coupon I'm Afraid this will be the last time I order taco bell for awhile I'm very disappointed this was supposed to be and was always my to go to order I'm legit this upset I'm writing on here and from me being an ambassador for taco bell remembering faces and orders to now an upset foodie I have to break up w my only favorite fast food that's not good ? but I'm sticking to my taste buds and my opinion and my upset tummy my heart broken not very demure taco bell ? ?

ordered before 8PM Sunday evening for "ASAP" and got to store about five minutes later. waited over half an hour, including being asked and asking at least twice about my order and my wife's, and did not receive them, where the person I asked (with a headset) and never came back to tell me what was going on, and almost a dozen drive through and delivery orders were fulfilled ahead of ours. the manager finally came back from his break, said he was new to this location, barely apologized, and told us our orders weren't even "checked in" yet, whatever that means. I then asked for a refund, but my order was a reward and he said there was nothing he could do, and to contact customer service. I thought he was going to at least get my food made for me after waiting that long, but he did not. did not attempt to make things right with me. please get training for this terrible location. by FAR the WORST experience I have ever had in my decades of eating at taco bell.

I ordered on mobile because I had somewhere to go and I was rushing I came 15 minutes late and it still wasn’t ready I got three things a drink and desert and a taco. I ended up waiting an hour for my order. Was late to my plans. The food wasn’t worth the wait for that it gets two stars. I am never going here they are so slow I hate it. Don’t recommend. Go to a different location if you’re in RI. It was the worst experience ever.

Let 10 people in the lobby sit for 30 plus min while food was flying out of the drive thru line..... we know it's timed in drive thru, if you can't keep up inside lock the dang door. Worst experience ever. Whoever is managing needs to go.
