I've been meaning to try this place for a while & I'm happy I did! This cafe is so cute and cozy. Great place to do some work or meet up with friends for coffee. The barista was super friendly & answered some questions I had about their menu. I got an iced mocha with oat milk & loved that the espresso was just strong enough.

Great selection of different roasts to choose from for coffee. The space is nice & comfortable but gets a little tight during busy times.

Custom House can be VERY busy so if you're in a hurry I highly recommend ordering ahead. Their baked goods are tasty, there's kombucha on tap, and the coffee was delicious. We had cold brews one day and hot lattes another and both were delicious. Also neat that you can see the coffee roaster right in the shop. If the parking lot seems packed, don't worry, there's more in the back.

Hand down the best coffee place I've been to in Rhode Island! The service is always great, the coffee is FANTASTIC and even if you have to wait in line it moves pretty quickly. Their online ordering system is organized, and the inside has plenty of places to sit down. I often see a lot of people come and bring their laptops or a book to sit and work etc. I also love all the vintage & antique coffee cans they have decorating the walls. :-)

Stopped in for a morning coffee. The interior was cool with everything coffee related. They had their own roaster and a bunch of different coffee beans for sale. Ordered their zombie killer which was undiluted cold brew with caramel and vanilla flavors and then topped with milk. This may have been some of the strongest cold brew I've even had! But it was delicious!

Pretty nice coffee shop in Middletown! The first time I went here the service was really rude and weird. The second time I had a much better experience. They serve Knead products which I love. The coffee was great! Very rich and not bitter at all. They also offer decaf cold brew which I feel like is not that common! It's a nice local vibe and there are lots of regulars catching up. Definitely worth a stop while in Middletown!

Super cute little coffee shop in Portsmouth, definitely saw a lot of locals who had branded cups! They have a lot of fun, coffee flavor options, as well as some creative specialty drinks. Service was really quick and even the line was out the door when we got there and moved very fast. I was feeling a little bit under the weather when I came here and I had a request for a tea with some lemonade, which is probably not a common request that they got, and they were super accommodating and friendly and didn't make me feel weird for asking! There's also a coffee roasting machine in the shop where you can also buy freshly roasted coffee! Super cute spot, highly recommend!
We stopped in two mornings when in Newport recently. The Zombie Killer Iced Coffee was amazing and my teenage son loved the bagels and baked goods they had. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

Best coffee in Newport! They roast their coffee on site and you can buy by the pound. Zombie Killer iced coffee is smooth and absolutely delicious. The staff is so friendly. It's an awesome coffee shop complete with yummy food - sweet and savory. A must try!!
