Went yesterday for their 1 cent Junior Bacon cheeseburger promotion and I definitely over paid. Cold and old. Gave it to the dog. I don't know why Wendy's runs promotions to show you how bad their food is.

Went here on Tuesday July 16th 2024 with my parents for lunch on our newport Rhode Island Vacation. We walked in and needed a few minutes to decide what we wanted. Cashier helped us right away and was very nice. We ordered via dine in to sit down and eat our meals. we ordered 3 classic chicken sandwiches, the honey bbq chicken, and 1 medium triple berry frosty, and a chocolate frosty medium. We paid via credit card. The honey bbq chicken and frostys were ready fast. The chicken sandwiches took a while (like maybe 20 minutes?), and luckily we had the honey bbq chicken to eat while we waited. However, at least the chicken sandwiches were nice and hot when they were finally ready. Tables were clean, and chairs were comfortable. we all enjoyed our food. i enjoyed the new triple berry frosty!

Very nice place. Came here for lunch. I got a fish sandwich, fries, and an orange creamsicle frosty. The sandwich was fresh and crunchy, the fries were delicious and warm, and the orange frosty was OUT OF THIS WORLD. It’s like heaven in your mouth. Would recommend that item to everyone reading this. The inside area of the place was nice, and they had calming music. At the time, it wasn’t very busy. Would come back here again. :)

I just got 2 of the oldest breakfasts I’ve ever gotten. Practically stone cold and the English muffins on my girlfriends and my sandwich literally broke a part when we took a bite of them. We can’t eat this garbage and I tried calling their land line phone. The message I got was this cell phone caller can’t be reached at this time. I’m not driving 12 minutes each way to complain. This isn’t the first time their food was old. It wasn’t the second, or third, or fourth, or fifth time. It happens fairly often and I’m sick of it. The board of health needs to pay this place a visit. They’re guidelines to selling food. Wendy’s breaks every one of them.
The app glitched out and said that I had paid but didn't send it over to the location and then the manager on duty at the time mouth off and said oh this is the last time we're doing it even though it clearly showed that the food was paid for and they didn't want to give it to me because it didn't show up on their end

I received my bacon double through Uber Eats and there was no meat, just buns and condiments. Utter fail and it cost me $28 to eat a dinner of fries and a Coke.
