When we visited we did the drive-thru. We only ordered two small frosties and it took the guy about five whole minutes to get our order ready. The restaurant was empty and we were the only people in the entire location. However you can never be a Wendy's Frosty. Prices and food are the same as any other Wendy's location but the service could have been better considering that we were the only people in the entire location.

Best Wendy’s I’ve been to in years. Dashawn is the epitome of good customer service. Food was great, freshest I’ve had in years. Front end was spotless. If I am ever back in Rhode Island this will be my go to spot for a quick lunch

Don’t waste your money or time. Worst customer service ever. This is my third time to this restaurant and they’ve never got my order correct. I ordered 3 (10) piece regular nugget meals and I received a total of 22 nuggets all spicy.

The food was good here, but the establishment has been slowly becoming dirtier and dirtier. The workers many times look like the clothes have not been washed in quite some time, and slovenly. I don't usually comment about appearances of employees because there are many factors that could be responsible, and it could just be a bad day, but the past few times we have come by the place is just getting worse and worse. The drive thru window looks like it's been last cleaned a fre years ago, the kitchen area looks like it's not looked after at all. The last time I went, I seriously was considering weather I should actually eat the food i received. I ended up eating it because I was so hungry, but the conditions were bad enough that I will not be going back. Go there at your own risk. Hopefully it will change for the better soon, but for now, I would not recommend it.
We're from out of town and went in for a late dinner after a wake - what a pleasant experience. The staff/manager were friendly and engaging and the place was spotless. Plus both our meals were fresh; it was the best salad I've had at any fast food restaurant ever. And have you ever had the manager at a Wendy's come out and ask how your meals are? This place is special.
