On Friday desiring the best of RI food we stopped at Carries saddened that take out only was offered but free to sit in dining room. What a concept. Food was done to perfection Clear Chowder Big as your head clam cakes and orders of Whole Fried Clams. No issue with price cause it was really enough for a second meal.
