Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. The decoration was great but the cake was so dry, no one finished their piece. I informed the bakery and they were not receptive. Good looking cake that tasted awful.

Saturday we called with a last minute request for a gluten free chocolate torte and gluten free cannoli for Sunday. We also got gluten free lemon bars. Everything was ready by noon, absolutely delicious, and reasonably priced. I never leave reviews but was so impressed in every way by Carolinas!

My mom and I tried Carolena’s for the 1st time Saturday. The egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant was amazing. You could taste the love. The croissant was flaky, the egg was real and tasty, and the cheese was melted and creamy. A simple sandwich elevated. So glad we stopped in. We’ll be back!

Jenn and her husband did an amazing dessert table for my wedding which made us go back to see if they could do a smash cake for my son’s first birthday and they exceeded our expectations once again! They made an amazing cake on short notice and my son loved it

We got the Italian roll and a sausage roll. Flavor was good HOWEVER, it was very under cooked although they looked brown enough. It was like biting into raw dough. Cost $15. We didn't eat them but a few bites. They are still sitting in the box. The staff were very friendly.
They made my son an amazing smash cake for his birthday and he loved it! They also made my husband and I a dessert table for our wedding and it was a huge hit!

We've been going in to see Rick and Jen forever. Great people, great staff, super friendly. With a soy allergy, it's tough to find a bakery I trust, this is it!! I now have a Carolena's "budget." Very sensitive friendly.

Carolena's is a new bakery in my neighborhood and it's great. The owner-bakers are local and very accommodating. Their chocolate cream pie is all homemade and made to order. I asked for extra whipped cream, so they made some on the spot. When I told them I prefer whipped cream to custard cream in my eclair, they made one to order immediately. Their stromboli is good too, and it freezes well. Overall, highly recommended.
