We had a lovely Valentine's Day dinner at Celeste. The restaurant was quite busy and we had to wait a few moments for our table, but once seated everything went smoothly. We had a great corner high-top table and our server, Carissa, was excellent. We had a nice bottle of white wine from Greece and a selection of shareable plates. The mussels were the standout, with a delicious cream sauce (pro tip: order extra bread and eat them with a spoon to get the sauce and fennel)....
Outstanding and personable service! The drinks, apps, and entrees were exceptional. If our waitress was busy, we liked that the food was brought out from the kitchen staff when ready. Beautiful coastal vibe with spacious distancing between tables/booths.
Jonathon gave us excellent service and advice on menu and wine choices. The brussel sprout appetizer was creative and delicious. The Rigatoni Al Forno was hot when it came to the table with just the right amount of spiciness and even a few crunchy rigatoni from baking (a personal favorite). The pasta Genovese was also very good. The beef was tender and the pasta well prepared. Dessert special was red velvet cake with strawberries dipped in chocolate. Celeste is well worth a visit.
