Coffee N' Bagel Connection

Been going here for years until we were handed a blackened charcoal brick that had been a bagel which the employee had covered in cream cheese and sold us. The ridiculousness of spreading cream cheese on this black brick of burntness and then passing it off as food was audacious.

I decided to give this merchant a second chance today and continue to remain dissatisfied. Almost one year ago., I purchased bagels and bought them home for family to enjoy. We started to eat the bagels and it was like biting a brick. Super hard and not tasty at all.When I purchased bagels today, 7/26/25, I decided to try a bagel of the 18 I purchased before leaving. Same experience. It was like biting into a brick. I shared my experience with one of the staff, and I was told the bagels are brought in at 5:30 am daily. I can’t see how this can be. I asked for my money back and was told no. I left and purchased bagels from the Dunkin Donuts a short distance away. Bagels were fresh and tasty. I will not purchase anything more from this store.

I got a jalapeño bagel with sausage, egg and cheese. Really tasty and the food came out quick even though they were very busy on a Sunday morning.

I've had good coffee, but not here. I've had really good bagels, and these were okay. Not bad, but not great. If you like a toasted bagel, make sure you ask for it to be extra toasted. Otherwise, you may end up getting just a warm bagel, I'm afraid.

Pretty poor experience. Ordered two bagel egg and cheese sandwiches and two coffees. Waited 30 minutes to get the sandwiches. Bagels weren’t fresh, and both orders were made wrong. Didn’t toast one, forgot hot sauce and cheese on the other. Seemed like it was a busy day and staff was apologetic for the insane wait times (while people who ordered well after us were leaving well before us), but still got the orders wrong. Coffee was fine and the microwave bacon was dissapointing. Wouldn’t go back.

Not bad, first time having bagel and better than the cheap options from supermarket but … I feel like fired egg can be improved

I have got to say wow!!!! The best bagel I have ever tried in my life. I decided to stop here for the first time today 4/4/2025! This was the best I have ever tried and the fact they have different kinds of cream cheese and bagel flavors I just couldn’t believe my first time ever trying maple cream cheese and chives cream cheese! I live an hour away in Woonsocket and I definitely will take the drive any day just to eat here! Thank you so much and staff were so nice and helpful also very patient with telling me every single flavor they had! Godbless this place and will be going again tomorrow lol amazing spot you won’t be disappointed

Love this joint! It's come a long way. Used to be not as cute but food was bomb. Redecorated and fancied up a bit with same good food and coffee. I've eaten just about everything on the menu and have never been disappointed.
The women who work here have been here for years! That's a good sign to me if not just customer loyalty, which I also see, but employee loyalty too.
The owner is a good guy and his Mom owned it before him. She was great. This is where the locals go. You should too!

Pretty much Dunkin’ Donuts now bagels are never fully toasted and always end up with just condiments in the bag. Cause ketchup makes them sick.

I have no earthly idea how I have only now stumbled upon this place. The prices blow Dunks and Starbucks out of the water and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. It's so hard to find a bagel joint that makes salt bagels outside of NYC. AND THEY HAVE BACON AND CHIVE CREAM CHEEEEESE. 100 out of 10. Most definitely will be back for more nommage.

For many years this was the go to place for a great bagel. I've been watching the quality slide down hill. There used to be a line out the door. No more. Today - a Friday morning in the summer, this place used to be packed. I bought 3 bagels and they were not fresh. Day old at least. After many years of patronizing, I won't be back.
