The person behind the front desk was rude and snapped at my husband when we didn't hear her ask "cash or card." Definitely didn't tip after that. Super aggressive energy. We were surprised since we've been there before.

Friendly staff, yet they were overwhelmed and therefore slow to respond and deliver food. The fries and burgers were good, though a bit on the greasy side.. Would definitely get the chicken patty rather than the beef next time.

So I think they deleted my review which is very telling considering that their food is trash and they have all these five star reviews probably because they delete all the bad ones. I ordered 4 different things from the menu to try some of there options all the food was beyond terrible and flavorless and the pickles taste like just cut up cucumber this is by far the worst restaurant I’ve ever been too in my life and I eat out all the time DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TRASH

Very disappointed. I have been going for years and yesterday was very disappointed with the food. The white chowder was inedible. There was sand in it. I've experienced that before at other places but this was excessive. It tasted like it was from a can and served luke warm. It was so thick almost mashed potato consistency. I expected that to fill me up and ordered a salad which was okay but not worth the price for only lettuce, a few tomatoes and cucumbers. My mom ordered a burger medium it was charred and inedible. The bun was burnt and the coleslaw was inedible. Thankfully they were kind enough to take the items off the bill. As a pescatarian for many years, I have enjoyed coming here. Unfortunately the experience was less than sub par and we won't be going back anytime soon. The outside patio was not very welcoming. It was closed off and dingy. So sorry to say all of this. Was hoping for the experience I usually have had here in the past.

Were to start so i had breakfast there the eggs tasted like powdered eggs the home fries were not home fries its literally fries cut up into smaller pieces the corn beef hash was border line burnt and was extremely salty the only decent thing was the brioche bread and that was a mini brioche the best thing there was the cold water the atmosphere is old and stale stay away if u value your money.
Ps. My friend had a burger and he said that wasn't to appetizing either the fly that kept landing on it enjoyed it more than he did

older review:
Been here a couple times and always have good food. This time I got the Birdie Mae vegan burger bowl. My gf got the Whassuppy burger but she kept eating mine because it was so tasty. Really good flavor and seemed very healthy, especially as the bowl. The smoothies we asked to get with no added sweetner, and they were kinda watery. I think any fruit smoothie always should have a base of banana, but ours I think was just fruit and ice and-- vegans beware, this wasn't listed on the online menu, but on the website menu it says it comes with yogurt. I got mine with soy milk thinking that would make it vegan; I didn't taste yogurt but it might have been there.
My daughter and I popped on here for lunch on a whim, and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and helpful. The menu had so many great things on it that it was hard to choose. We'll definitely be going back next time we're in the area!

I have been going to Crazy Burger for years. Today, my husband and I had friends visiting from out of state and so we brought them by the ocean and crazy burger for dinner. we could tell the waitress was overwhelmed when we walked in and we didn’t complain about waiting at all as we were enjoying our good company. After waiting for a bit with no one greeting us, a waitress who was a blonde young woman checked us in for a table, then got a table ready and said this is for you guys. My husband kindly asked, is that for us because she said “guys”and we were with two other men and he didn’t want to cut two other girls were ahead of us. she quickly said with an attitude “well who was here first” and my husband kindly said well these two girls were and then the waitress proceeded to respond “well it’s for them two girls and you”ll just have to wait” with an attitude and rude manor. my husband said kindly no problem. She then got us a table and just threw the menus on the table quickly and said “here” and walked away. I felt extremely embarrassed by having our company with us and we just proceeded to just be kind to her the whole time while she was rude to us.
I am disgusted by this customer service that we received tonight. My husband, myself, and our guests were never once rude to the waitress.
I am a registered nurse that works in a very stressful environment known as the ER and even in times where I am overwhelmed and treated poorly by others I have always been respectful in my job.
Because of this awful experience we had tonight and how embarrassed I was for my two guests visiting. I will never come back to this place again. Nor will I ever recommend this place due to the poor customer service we had today by the blonde waitress.
Just a friendly reminder if you hate your job so much then find a new one and don’t ruin other peoples experiences.

The best breakfast ever! I had veg hash and eggs and my husband had the zucchini latkes. Everything was fresh and full of flavor! The service was great. She seemed so pleased that we were happy with the experience. I wonder if she’s an owner

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns for their burgers are the best I've had!
Kid-friendliness: Low key atmosphere. Every time we go we see a family with their children at a booth. I've been coming here since I was a child myself.
