I go here about twice a week to “treat” a young boy I work with after I pick him up from school. We get two iced coffees, and hardly ever is it an enjoyable coffee for myself. Today I stopped through the drive thru and asked for 2 iced decaf regular. I get them and drive off only to realize after my first sip that the coffee is SOUR. I’m in my 30s and have never had a sour cup of coffee, nor have I ever turned back to ask for coffee to be remade. But today I did. I brought them both inside and politely told the young girl working the coffees were sour and I’m not sure why. She doesn’t look at me but grabs the coffee and says “well we just changed the milk”. I said “so that could make sense then”, and she replied “nope!”. She remakes my coffees, I say “thank you so much” and I get no reply. I grab straws and sip my coffee before I leave and it’s as sour as the first one. I immediately go back to the counter and I say “I’m sorry, it’s still sour” she tells me “it’s because it’s decaf”. I said “I’ll leave this untouched one here for you to try, please let me know if you think this taste normal. Do you drink coffee?” A young guy comes over and he grabs it and sips it in the back and I hear him say something about it and she says again “it’s because it’s decaf.” I said “I’ve never had a sour coffee before, could you make me a regular one instead? It just shouldn’t be sour”. Now the young guy is saying it’s sour because of the SUGAR that’s in it. As he’s saying that and I continue to say “coffee shouldn’t be sour” this young girl is shrugging her shoulders and smirking at me as if to say “idgaf”. They make my regular iced coffees, I leave, still sour. Will never be back

The worst Dunkin coffee I've ever had! Coming home from the beach, I was dying for a medium iced coffee, so I stopped in this location. The cashier was friendly and processed my order quickly. The staff behind the counter was less than helpful. I was given my coffee and had to wait for my wife's coffee (neither of which was made as ordered). The service was slow, and the workers seemed more concerned with their social conversations. The manager, who walked past me several times, was more focused on who would be working the next shift. My coffee tasted more like brown water than coffee, and my wife's looked like a cup of milk. Just terrible. This is the first and last time I will ever visit this store. I'll drive a few more miles north and get what I ordered.

This has been my local Dunkin' while I'm studying at school. Not all the workers know me by name, but I'm half sure that maybe some of them expect my caramel latter order. In the past, I have geeked out with an employee about the brownie batter donuts- it was such a wonderful conversation. I don't often feel compelled to write reviews, but this morning a worker truly made my day. I commuting from a different location then usual so I stopped at a Dunkin' much earlier in the morning somewhere else. They made my coffee with not much caramel at all. It really didn't taste great. I stopped by my local Dunkin' and asked if they would kindly give me a pump or two of caramel- and the employee just made me a brand new coffee. This may not seem like a lot- but I've truly appreciated the employees at this store for some time, and this was my highlight of an overall crummy day. So thank you!

Stay away, mobile order, get there and kid tells us they have no bakery items after ordering a couple donuts. I say fine just give us our lattes. All children inside and they had no idea how to refund our money for the donuts plus the lattes were beyond horrible. I am sorry, I never like to give a negative review but come on. Why even take mobile orders if you can't honor them or do refunds.

Live 4 houses down the rd, go there 4 tim s a day for 2 coffees ea. Trip, worst service anywhere! I get the same coffee for the 6.5 yrs we lived here and it is made wrong at least 2 times a WEEK! Go back and kid at window says dont talk to me about it, not my problem!?? Never before have i been treated lik this at a dunkin, no pride! 8 coffees a day u do the math! My wife and i are keeping that dunkin open with all the $ we hand them

So I work for amazon we drive big vans how are they ganna close the inside at 5pm we can't go threw drive thru with our vans dunkins that close thier inside are inconsiderate of ppl that actually drive bigger vehicles never have I went to Starbucks and thier doors was locked... also who locks it at 5pm when they don't close for hrs after that it's just pure laziness I guess that's what u get when u hire teenagers or young adults..
