Today I had the unfortunate experience of being racially profiled inside of this establishment. An employee who typically works at the drive through window was making remarks that made me uncomfortable, and I felt as though they were very belittling. I've came to this Dunkin for years, and almost every morning I have a poor interaction with this women. I have seen how she interacts with other employees and it seems like she doesn't only belittle customers but she does with her employees as well. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this Dunkin anymore, nor do I recommend this Dunkin if you're looking for a friendly, welcoming environment. This is one of multiple occasions I've had poor interactions with this worker for awhile now, and I don't think I am the only customer who's had these experiences

rude lady at drive through verbally threatened me for never serving me again because I couldn’t move in the parking lot. Honestly I was shocked and it was very unprofessional and just disappointed and embarrassed for this establishment.

This morning I ordered a cinnamon cinnamon toasted bagel with extra strawberry cream cheese. It came with none and the hardest/stale burnt bagel I’ve ever had from Dunkin. When I went inside they told me they don’t put cream cheese on bagels and the manager openly expressed how much she hates her job and was pissed I asked for a new bagel because the one I got wasn’t edible and proceeded to give me an even more burnt bagel. I know customers can be rude but I’ve never been one of those and that was the worst customer service I ever experienced. The other reviews explain it all. Worst Dunkin ever

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and the bacon was disgusting genuinely looks like burnt car crash victims I wanted to throw up the millisecond it touched my mouth.

Worst DD of all time, i sat in drive thru for 23 of which 15 min was waiting for one car at window ahead of me. I understand large orders …things can take time but ask them to pull into a spot and keep it moving, i get to the window and they do not have my full order ready. GO TO WAKEFIELD location around corner

They were busy, and the woman taking orders at the drive-through was either stressed out or just a miserable person. She was quite rude while taking our order. Food came out fairly quick and window service was a little friendlier.
