Literally unreal. Sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes couldn't leave because I was trapped. Watched 10 people go in and out. Don't go here and if you do don't use the drive thru.

Horrible service. Waited in the drive through line for probably 30 minutes. Staff is made up almost entirely of young kids who seemed to be more interested in standing there and chatting than actually getting people through quickly and efficiently. We could see at least three employees hanging out at the drive through window chatting instead of working while customers are sitting in the drive through line and I’m sure standing inside as well. When we got up to the window they made our order wrong and we had to wait longer for them to fix it. I recommend this location hire people who are actually willing to work and get things done and not just get paid to stand around. Very dissatisfied.

Dining area is always closed. Shut their ovens off an HOUR before they close and refuse to make food you ordered. Wrong drink. Extremely disappointing. Go to the one 3 mins down the road by Shaws they rock.

Don’t turn on walk in mobile ordering then lock the door right in front of me lol. I could literally see my order on the table. I stood at the window and they look at me like I’m an idiot. I always try order ahead because I don’t have time to wait in a drive through line before work…This has happened a few times now. I miss the Dunkin next to cumbies every day

Terrible! You place a mobile walk in order and the doors are locked! The drive thru line is 15 cars deep. I see my food sitting there, which will now be cold and crap. Thanks for nothing. Absolutely the worst!

A typical Dunkin that's horned into a location that's realistically too small for a Dunkin. Parking is difficult because of the layout and the long drive thru line. Inside, there was also a long line and customers stupidly crowd right inside the doorway, blocking it, rather than forming a civilized queue, not that there was much room for one.Ordered ahead on the app several minutes in advance with the hopes of being in and out. As usual, Dunkin fails. Waited 3 min for coffee and as is often the case, they fail to pay any attention to the donuts on the order. Had to ask for them. Ordered 4 pumpkin donuts, was told they only had 2 left. App should not allow you to order something if it's out of stock. (App knew there were no pumpkin munchkins, but didn't know to limit my order to 2 donuts.)Parking: Parking lot is very small and if you're not careful, you can get trapped by the drive thru line.

Doors are locked. I tried to speak with the employees through the glass and they rudely motioned for me to use the drive through, I mouthed back "but I don't want to" because I have a reusable cup I'd like to use, I bought it from Dunkin! Why are all the dunking stores closed except for drive through???

Apparently "this week" they decided to start upcharging for a cup of tap water with an order (and not a small fee, either). Worse, the staff, who self-described themselves as starting this week, were incredibly rude and entitled during the encounter. Our family has gone to this Dunkin' *DAILY* for years. We have tried to overlook off days with poor food and/or sericve, but this new change in combination with the transient and rude staff is enough to lose our business. This is clearly a money grabbing tactic implemented at the height of tourist season. Starbucks, Panera, and the local small business do not participate in predatory practice, and would prefer to patronize those establishments.
