Absolutely love Ferry Wharf Fish Market! It's my go-to spot for the freshest local seafood. You can't beat their selection of clams, oysters, and lobsters, all a step above what you'd find anywhere else.
Beyond the raw seafood, they have incredible prepared items that make putting together a meal so easy. Their smoked fish dips are a must-try, and the wide variety of seasonings they offer helps you make a great dish at home.
On my last visit, I picked up some steamers, swordfish, Black Sea bass, and Atlantic salmon. Everything was delicious and a fantastic value. The quality is always top-notch and the prices are more than fair for what you're getting. If you're looking for the best seafood in town, this is the place.

While visiting R.I. a few weeks ago brought some fresh seafood home to PA. ALL was delicious and the young man who worked there was super nice. Packaged it all up in ice in our cooler which was great for our 5 hour ride home

The 1st time stopping by this store on Saturday June 07. Fresh seafood and steaming service. The two South American employees with darker skin are very nice and helpful. However, the white woman is definitely a racist. She welcomed Asian faces with very unwelcoming tone and unfriendly face. When we went back to pick up the steamed seafood, she walked by like we did not exist. We did get professional and great service from the other South American lady. It’s unfortunate to see a person like that white lady providing service with this quality, many bankrupted stores have such employees treating customers differently based on their look.

Fish market on the island was closed for the season, jumped on the ferry and picked up some of the best seafood we have ever had. So greatful you are there.

Dried up oysters, fish was not so fresh either. $50 later and half of what I bought was not edible. Go up the road to Champlains or to the fish market in Wakefield, both good markets. Westerly across from Walmart is good too.

I am from southeastern CT and used to lobster fish with my Dad in New London Harbor. Ferry Wharf Fish Market has some of the best fish I have ever had. And now, I think they will steam/boul crab & lobster for you!!

Plenty of fresh local caught seafood, including lobsters of all sizes, rock crabs, dungeon crabs, and self serve fresh shellfish like clams, oysters, and lobsters. They also have everything you need for cooking them whether grilling or making a boil in case you need some last minute items and don’t have time to get to the store - and that includes chik fil a sauce! A bit of a one stop shop for seafood stuff

I got their live lobsters. The prices are very reasonable. I always grab some to take home.

Experience here was awesome from beginning to end. Called on the phone to inquire about prices of lobster and I lost track of what they said so I asked them to repeat it and Franklin was so nice and happy to repeat. I placed my order and they took my credit card info over the phone for a pick up later that day but then called me back to just remind me that there was a $2 charge per lobster to have them steamed. When we came to pick up our lobster everyone in the market was so friendly. The staff was super attentive with multiple people approaching us to make sure we’ve been helped Definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely phenomenal market! Excellent prices for incredible quality on live lobsters. Angel provided incredible customer service - not only did he put tons of care and attention into packaging our lobsters for our long journey, he did it with a smile! Will definitely be back!!!
