I've been going to this place for a few years, I reviewed it a few years ago with 5 stars. Gradually, the place has decreased in quality in all aspects. The sandwiches, such as paninis, are average at best and the coffee, latte, and cappuccino are atrocious. Although very conveniently located for me, if I am in a hurry I will go to Dunkin Donuts for better coffee and if I am not in a hurry I will go to Cool Beans Cafe for great coffee and service.

The coffee was so burnt it tasted acrid and sour. It was completely undrinkable. They also have the audacity to charge for tap water. The service was mediocre, nothing terrible but not very good. The place itself isn't lit well. Overall, I recommend you find a different coffee shop.

Such a cute little cafe by the water! Came here for breakfast with my friends. I got an egg & cheese on a croissant with vegetarian sausage (love that they had this option). My friend got an açaí bowl & loved it. I got a matcha & my friends both got chais.

7/10 on the hot coffee, not amazing but definitely good. The serve-yourself ice coffee with a dozen options is very cool. On a Sunday morning the staff definitely looks like they may still be up from the night before, but it doesn't really affect service

This is a fabulous coffee bar! I stopped by here with not much to do on a weekday morning, and got a mocha latte and cinnamon roll pastry. The workers were inviting, kind, and busy! The inside has plenty of seating, but the porch outside was where it was at! They had great music on the speakers and it was the perfect place to enjoy your food and coffee outside. I didn't order the iced coffee, but there was a serve yourself coffee bar with 10-20 different flavors, looked like that was the move!

This coffee bar is an Java oasis after a day of logging in miles of sightseeing. The intoxicating aroma of my cappuccino mocha was complimented by the warm smile of the server. Clean and appointed with surfer pics.
