Me and my two roommates all ordered dinner online because the last time we called they were extremely rude. We each ordered a sandwich and then 1 order of fries to share. 1. they forgot the fries, 2. the club sandwich that was ordered with no tomato came with tomato 3. the turkey grinder was asked to be not toasted and it was toasted and it was missing the honey mustard on it 4. the italian grinder had onions and pickles on it when we asked for both to be removed. We called to talk to someone and no one picked it. like i'm sorry wtf this is so unacceptable i did not pay almost $50 for everything to be wrong and the delivery guy was rude af even tho I tipped!!!!!

Horrendous. Used to be the the go to pizza place in Narragansett, Now the prices are astronomical and it seems to be completely staffed by college kids with no accountability. Don't expect anything good to come out of this place. Delivery takes ages and the food is terrible. Yikes

Called in an order for pick up and was interrupted the whole time ordering ( a small meatball sub mind you..) only to pick up what resembles FINLY sliced meatballs and a copious amount of cheese to the point of needing to cut it to remove the paper wrapping. Starting to lose hope in all KP locations sadly

They had an unexpected large order yet still had our food ready within 5 minutes of time they said it would be done. Staff was very friendly. Wings are breaded and not my favorite but were good.

Bought 3 pizzas and some appetizers… over $90+ Are you kidding me ?!?! Food on federal hill in PVD isn’t that much! Incredibly overpriced, inside dining shouldn’t be considered bc it was all occupied by pizza boxes. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but a lot should be improved, including

Employees there are friendly, but food quality was not worth the price. We spent over $70 for 2 pies, 2 bottles of soda and an appetizer.. cheese pie was firm and rubbery by the time we got it home (12 minutes) and they handed it to us right out of the oven (way more well done than we would've liked tbh). Toppings on the 2nd pie were decent and held in some of the moisture for the cheese. Mozzarella sticks were decent.. Next time we'll probably hit up Dominos.. suggest you do the same.

This place is so inconsistent. Sometimes pizza is ok, sometimes it's under cooked, I've even had them forget to cook my pizza. But today they tell me 45 mins to an hour for delivery. I called an hour later to see where my pizza was and he says my driver never showed up, so we're waiting for my other delivery guy. I asked shouldn't you have called me and let me know? He said he's the only one there. I'm so sick of bad service!!!! I

We ordered pizza from this place after just moving here. They told us the pizza would be arriving in 45 minutes. Instead, they called at the 45 minute mark and told us the driver refused to deliver to us because we live in Kingston. We live in Wakefield, our zip code is 02879, a mile from downtown, which I explained to the employee. The closest location is the Pt. Judith road location (2.3 miles) and the other location is closed today anyway according to Google, I noticed. He said he would check with his manager but hung up on me instead. When I called back the manager picked up and I explained the situation and said had they told me they didn’t deliver to Wakefield upon my placing and paying for my order, I would understand and have had made arrangements for it to be picked up but we have a sick toddler, just moved in and who was starving before bedtime so finding out when the pizza was already due to arrive didn’t leave any time for us to change our plans. She told me that she doesn’t control the driver and if he’s refusing to deliver, there’s nothing she can do about it. That it’s his choice as she’s not the driver, but just the manager. This was their error and she just insisted on telling me that it wasn’t her who took the order and that this wasn’t her fault because she can’t force the driver to do anything he doesn’t want to do. And that the driver will do what he wants and she just works there (this was supposedly the manager??). Needless to say, I will be telling my bank to decline the charge and tip and not ordering from this business again. This was by far the worst customer experience I’ve experienced in quite some time.

Heading through on Rte 1 and we're really hungry so we stopped in and grabbed a slice. First, when was the last time you ordered a slice and it was cooked to order? NEVER! Sorry all you naysayers, but this was the BEST pizza we have had in years! Great dough not salty or too thick; Great sauce that didn't overwhelm; we had cheese and fresh garlic, and it was perfectly cooked. Cheese not burnt. We will definitely take the 20min ride from home to get it again. Oh, and we're originally from CT and VERY picky about our pizza!Parking: easy parking

$76 for two large pizzas and two salads! Online it said $47. The pizza was the worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life! If you like dry, bland pizza with sauce that taste like tomatoe paste then this place is for you otherwise I would take my money elsewhere.
