I recently ordered 7 live lobsters for a group dinner for 5. The lobsters were 1.5 to 2.0 lbs. They were shipped from Rhode Island to Michigan by Fed Ex and arrived on time and in perfect condition. Kudos to the Lobster Guy staff for a friendly and efficient process.
Their steaming cooking directions were the best with outstanding results.

do not order from them! They shipped me three extra lobsters that i requested when i was already getting 37 in 2 boxes. They just added the extra lobsters to one of the boxes, but charged me an extra 80 dollars shipping. They basically charged me shipping for a whole new order. First they lied and said it put the order over from 1 to 2 boxes which is not true. 37 lobsters dont fit it one box, then they lied again and said they had told me of the extra charge. which also is false. i have my phone records to prove it.

My sister and I sent your Surf and Turf lobster and filet dinner to my sister-in-law and brother in Florida to celebrate their birthdays. It was huge so they split it into 3 separate meals.They have subsequently sent us multiple messages raving about each portion that they ate - the large lobsters that were at least 2 lbs, the delicious New England clam chowder, the yummy crab cakes, and the very meaty and tasty tender filet mignons. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We will definitely use you again whenever a special meal is needed.

We had lobster, stuffies, and chowder sent to Ocean Shores, WA. for the 4th! I spent my summers in Narragansett, RI, and would be at Galallie at least 3 days a week. If not swimming or fishing, we would be eating Libe Maine Twin lobsters at Champlins and watching the Block Island ferry and charter boats coming in and out. Back then, a twin lobster mail with clam cakes was at most, $8.50. Let's say these felt like they were delivered right from the boat. 100% fresh and dang tasty. Now it wasn't $8.50, but I was shocked at how reasonable it was to ship! 100% will order again.

First time ordering online from this business. I currently live near Atlanta, and usually order live lobster to get my “fix” of home. Ordered 3EA 3lb lobsters and 4EA servings of clams. Pricing was lower than competitors, so I was skeptical. Shipping went perfect, lobsters arrived next day and very lively. Clams were a good size and all looked whole and fresh. Everything steamed up as expected, and both clams and lobsters were super tasty! Looks like my new “fix” will be coming from The Lobster Guy for the foreseeable future!

I don’t write many reviews, but I wanted to take the time to recommend The Lobster Guy. I received my MBA last month and figured it would be nice to have friends over for a seafood celebration. I looked online and came across this company. I still get weird about ordering things from the internet, so I gave them a call. Chrissy and Haley picked up the phone and helped me get 32 lobsters and 200 clams shipped right to my door. They arrived on the day they promised and tasted like they were caught that morning. I also found a lovely handwritten note congratulating me on my accomplishment. In this day and age, it's rare to find companies that go above and beyond. They provided not only quality but a personal touch as well. Please give them a try for all your sea food needs!!!

We had a great experience with The Lobster Guy. Our big, beautiful lobsters arrived healthy and just as described. We had an amazing dinner and will use this company for many more dinners in the future.

I have ordered seafood from here over the past 10 years. The customer service has always been excellent. The lobsters and clams are always fresh and in excellent condition when they arrive. They also provide easy to follow cooking instructions

We originally had ordered live lobsters but due to weather we had to pivot and order the tails from captain Tim. I’m so glad we did! They came on time and were delicious. It was a perfect addition to my 40th birthday celebration! We will definitely order from them in the future. Communication was on point and the tails were so fresh!

Website worked perfectly, from Maine to Colorado the package appeared today, on time, safe and sound. We are the DELOGHTED recipients of 5 pounds of pure lobster meat. Thank you everyone who made this birthday party for our beloved 'Yankee' brother-in-law so very special. We will be back next year!!!

I love ❤️ The Lobster 🦞 Guy!!! I am Rhode Island Native Narragansett Indian but I live in North Carolina where the seafood sucks....omg seafood down south is so terrible. I was so happy when I found Lobster Guy.com. I remember seeing the trucks ride around East Greenwich, RI. I've ordered online delivery multiple times. The shipping cost is definitely worth it!!! Now I can get Jonah crabs steamed the day of shipping and a beautiful cool snail salad I was raised on to satisfy my taste buds. Now my husband doesn't have to hear me complain about how bad the frozen seafood in North Carolina sucks...lol....so we're both happy now....I will be placing and order as soon as possible!!!

Unbelievable service ,deal, presentation and customer service...Not to mention biggest juiciest LOBSTER I've ever ate, Plus the Price was so reasonable 😀 we will definitely buy again for sure.
