I want to be as honest as i can be so heres the scoop the food was honestly really really good and presentation was really nice the problem that this fabulas chef has is the help the hostess was clearly upset about something and didnt try to hide the fact thats ok we have bad days we were seated and had to wait a bit for drink order we put tge drink order in waited about ten mins for part of drink order we decided to order apps and dinner when he returned and did so waiter returned...
This was one of many visits to this restaurant and as expected another great meal. The table ordered a calamari appetizer and then their famous lobster rolls. For dessert we had a special chocolate offering and it was a great way to finish the meal.
Turtle Soup is a little out of the way on Ocean Drive, and is kind of buried in a restored old still-open hotel. It is owned by the chef, and is thus driven by his abilities and intentions, both of which are excellent. First, a qualification. I have only lived in RI for 50 years, so to a native, I am a "visitor."
