Annah provided exceptional service and was very attentive and kind to our large party! Food is decent for a touristy spot. The 'security' to get into the restaurant is unnecessarily aggressive, accusing us of hiding alcohol in a wagon where kids were sitting. We had nothing to hide and security seemed disappointed that we were willing to go inside and purchase overpriced drinks. They also seemed pretty annoyed that we did in-fact have reservations lol. I cannot remember at time where my wife and I were treated so well. Our server G, could not have been better, nicer or more attentive. Both shift managers came to our table to make sure everything was up to their standards, Ballards went above and beyond. The one negative, we moved to the bar after dinner, order two drinks that came to $26, gave the server, not G, $40.00 and never received change. Oversight I am sure. Added bonus, was the live music. We will be back for sure!
Food was pretty good, environment was nice and quiet. Live music was very nice and enjoyable. Service was a little slow. Steve the owner quickly addressed an issue that we had. Very good communication on his end.
