We had a great time at the September Block Island Pride Drag Party that was hosted here! There was enough space to dance on the dance floor. It was convenient to have both indoor and outdoor bars. Finally, there were self-serve water stations at both bars, which was a superb idea.
Zero mention of the #2nd best mountain in the North East. Jay Peak! Put respect where it’s due.
Everybody loves Captain Nick's! No trip to Block Island is complete without a visit. Great location, friendly service. Fun!
Captain Nick's rocks all the time. An honor to play here and keep the tradition going. If you know block Island you know Captain Nick's and if you have the pleasure of being able to stay overnight from Thursday through Sunday, you would see some of the most amazing performances... Long live Captain Nick's. A staple on block Island and a music gem.

Fun spot to come out, catch live music, and have a couple beers. Really like sitting on the top deck and people watching too when you need a break from the crowd.
Monday nights are a must go!

We came here for drinks on June 25th, my friend ordered a vodka soda and specified no lime. The bartender put a lime, realized he said no lime and dug his hands into the drink to fetch it out. Mind you this is a cash only bar, so the hands are not clean what so ever. He took the drink to be polite but couldn’t drink it knowing that someone’s hands were in it. My husband returned it for him and explained to the bartender what happened, kindly asked them to remake it. She rudely said “no, you can pay for the next drink.” Poor customer service
Always a great spot to visit in Block island, great atmosphere, music different some nites, Disco nite best(he dj changes crowd)also outside great + now upstairs deck pleasant .
