Was there yesterday during the BI Stroll. Only 2 bars open, so they were busy. Seated at the bar & we enjoyed 2 drinks each from Alicja, the bartender. I then made eye contact with her twice, but she was busy and didn't come back either time. 3rd time she walked by I said "I know your busy, but 2 waters when you have a chance please." Alicja put up her finger and shooshed me! That made it time for us to go. She found a second to come over as we got up, but we left. I make a few trips to BI each Summer. Old Island Pub won't be a stop again. Plenty of other options. I understand being busy, but you don't shoosh a customer like you would a child.

Went here twice during our visit best meal we had in a 1 week stay. Friendly staff, great food, comfortable setting. Very clean & casual. Indoor and outdoor spaces. Would recommend to any visitor to the island.

There’s a reason this place was empty on a Saturday in August. The food was dry and over cooked, the drinks were diluted and the bartender was completely disrespectful. (Older lady). There are sooo many better bars on the island that actually appreciate your business!
My absolute favorite place to eat off season. You MUST get the pub fries with the proprietary dipping sauce! My go- to is always the broccoli Reuben (vegetarian). It NEVER disappoints. The staff is so very friendly as well.

Ate here on Easter Sunday. Only place open on the island! What a great place! Friendly staff, awesome food, so glad we were able to get here before the crowds start rolling in. Highly recommend stopping in. I know we’ll be back!!
