We went to The Spring House for our 25th wedding anniversary. This was the best vacation we have ever had. The hotel is amazing. We had a corner room facing the ocean and the view was perfect. We loved sitting on the lawn in the white Adirondack chairs. The view was spectacular, the live piano music was wonderful and it was great that you could order drinks and food from your chair. We come to Spring House every summer and it never disappoints! The food is great, service excellent, and you really can't beat the view. The Ruby Red Lemonade martini is tart and refreshing. The lobster gnocchi is delicious with a creamy tomato sauce and the chicken Milanese topped with burrata is to die for. We'll be back next year!
This has always been our happy place. We have been staying and eating here since we started dating. Sadly, this year the food was sub par and the service was even worse. We had a little issue with our little girl's food and the manager didn't even come tap the table. He simply told the waitress to relay a message. Obviously it's a busy place and we understand that- but still no excuse for crappy pricey food and terrible service.
