Richard was our waiter and he is knowledgeable, attentive and experienced. Two of us had the Halibut special and two of us had the chicken. Both portions were generous and both were delicious. The Barn is a great place to have a really great dinner, the wait time between courses allows for conversation and enjoyment of a well made cocktail or nice glass of wine. The Barn is a gem, as well as a life saver during the off-season. A++
Our table included a 6 year old girl and Julie, our waitress, was great to her and to us. She accommodated our special request for the salmon, just in case our niece did not like the fish. (She did!) Julie made great suggestions regarding the menu and she was attentive and friendly. We ordered the burger, the stuffies (special), the steak and the salmon. Wonderful first spring weekend dinner experience! We decided to visit Block Island the first spring weekend and was actually looking to go to Eli's but they are but yet open. Great surprise in going to the barn. It was very lively for a Saturday evening in March. They had great specials, the food was very good and the service was excellent. Look forward to going back!
