I have a serious food allergy to corn syrup and advised the server. She returned to my table and advised my meal did not have corn starch. I reminded her I am allergic to corn syrup. She never returned to the table to provide status if I could in fact eat the dish I ordered. A second server did deliver my food and I inquired if the dish contained corn syrup and he assured me I could eat the fried fish sandwich I ordered. I wish my server had let me know or if I needed to find...
This was our first time at 22 Bowens. It was AMAZING! We celebrated our anniversary and the staff was so nice and accommodating. Sarah was our server and she took the best care of us. We definitely will come back. The tomahawk steak was a 15/10.
Absolutely fantastic experience! I wish I remembered our servers name, but he was great. Service was super fast. Food was delicious. I came when they had Newport burger bender going on across the area and the Wagyu bacon burger they offered was out of this world!! Would love to come back again soon, perhaps outside dining when it's warmer out.
