Service was very friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. Food was tasty and fairly large portions. I'd like to try this place for breakfast.”

The seating can be crowded with adjacent tables so close you shouldn't share your deepest secrets and the bar stools have no backing and nowhere to put your coat in cold weather but you put up with it.Get the Peroni on draft-excellent with the pizza!Parking: During tourist season and almost any weekend parking is tough.Try spring street or one of the hidden public lost between Spring and America's Cup.”

“My daughter brought me here as I was visiting and it's hard to find authentic and tasty English Food and a proper cup of tea. The couple who owns it is lovely and of course have that great warmth of "Here's your tea love." the Cumberland sausages were excellent and are made here, the scones were wonderful and everything was cooked just right. it's a little hard getting into because of the construction but don't let that stop you! Served by the owners and the cute ambiance of the Queen and the King are fun.”

“We had an excellent dinner experience here. The food was great. The main dishes are a bit pricey but the tasting menu was exceptional and an excellent value. We got to try everything we wanted with this option. We didn't leave completely stuffed but comfortably full. The service was great and the atmosphere was fun. They had no issues accommodating our dietary restrictions with the tasting menu which was refreshing. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Newport and I would come back again every time I visit. If you are in Newport, make sure you get reservations here. “Went out with some work friends to this cool pub in downtown newport. I would recommend a reservation as this was a Wednesday night and the place was still packed. The staff were receptive and provided excellent service. I never found myself waiting for a fresh drink. The food was suprisingly delicious which is something i dont normally expect from a large and varied menu. The pricing is about normal for the area, so if tourist area prices are not for you it may not be the best option. I will be recommending Brick Alley to friends. And the only reason i will not give 5 stars is i try to reserve that rating for very special exceptions.”

“We parked up at the top of the hill, so we were close to the Mansions. Needed a watering hole after trudging round a Mansion. This place was just opening when we walked by. The beer was nice and cold, priced reasonably compared to the rip off merchants down by the Harbor. Best thing about it was the Owners. They were really personable. So, we came back for a grilled chicken sandwich lunch before heading home. Pity we couldn't stay longer. Wish there were more places like this. Highly recommended.”

“My family and I vacation in Newport, Rhode Island each year. We enjoy breakfasts together during our trips and so we have tried several restaurants in the past, including the Franklin Spa. During our our visit this past week we noticed that the menu was different and there was a different vibe to the location. My suspicions were correct as we met Nick and Brittany, the new proprietors!! The food was great, lots of options and at a fair price. We enjoyed our breakfast so much that we returned the following morning to enjoy our last breakfast before returning to Philadelphia. If you are in Newport and in search of a place for Breakfast, I highly recommend the Franklin Spa. We look forward to returning in the future.”

The Gyro omelet was delicious the meat was fresh and moist the seasoning carried through the whole omelet the tomatoes and onions where a nice addition. The homemade Chorizo hash is a nice change from the traditional canned hash. The coffee is also quite delicious! The staff is friendly and welcoming and the food is served quickly. “Mori Sushi has the best sushi on the island. We usually dine at the restaurant and always have friendly and fast service. Tonight, we ordered take-out but forgot to add a Japanese soda through doordash. I called the restaurant and the manager was able to finagle his way into the doordash order and add the soda to it. He made a 6 year old kid very happy and I am grateful for his efforts.Love, love, love this place!”

“Saturday night music by Brian the one man band was authentic Irish Pub Perfect. A mix of regulars and out of towners at the bar all having casual conversation before the music.
