Ben & Jerry's Newport Rocks - food allergies are taken seriously and they have safe procedures in place to get an ice cream! Thanks for taking the time and not making it a big deal. Go B&J!
I walked in and the second I did, I already knew this was going to be a phenomenal experience! I was very lucky to have my fresh ice cream scooped by the sweetest boy Austin that scooped it perfectly. He was so awesome and even gave me an extra scoop! Appreciate the great efforts and will definitely be back again!

The restaurant is clean and efficient, with quick service and delicious milkshakes, such as the churro flavor. The staff strives to provide good service and amazing-tasting treats. Customers appreciate the outstanding service and ice cream, as well as the great atmosphere and menu setup. The staff, including Cain and two young ladies, are commended for their excellent customer service, answering questions, offering samples, and accommodating dietary needs. Overall, Ben & Jerry's provides a consistently positive experience for its customers.
