This is a nice Ben & Jerry’s. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into here and ordered a milkshake after waiting in a short line. I got the churro flavor ice cream in a milkshake, and it tasted quite good. I gave this Ben & Jerry’s five stars because I received quick, efficient service and it has good milkshakes.

Yesterday evening my girlfriend and I went in for ice cream, as we walked in we were followed by a huge crowd of people, there were only two people working and the shift manager at the time was dipping waffle cones in chocolate while his poor 15 year old coworker was taking care of this long rush of people by himself. his service was good, everything tasted amazing, but this was not okay in my opinion

We hired Ben & Jerry's Newport to provide an ice cream cart experience for our annual outdoor Summer Celebration with ~150 guests. They provided an extensive menu of flavors to choose from - all the favorites!!When the ice cream "hostess" arrived to set up, the skies were threatening heavy rain. She happily pivoted quickly, moving her entire setup to the covered porch. She was very friendly and accommodating, the ice cream was delicious, and everyone was happy.The process was smooth as could be from first contact until the party was over. We will definitely hire Ben & Jerry's for our next event!!

How was the ice cream at Ben and Jerry's? I Can't really tell you....Why??Because there's two people working in the store. One of them is not helping customers. I'm not really sure what he's doing. But I'm positive he's not helping customers. The guy who is helping customers, he's taking forever. Like I mean forever. Each person that he gets a cone for by the time he takes the order, makes the cone, gives them the cone and goes onto the next person is 3 minutes. If they have to pay its 4-5minutes. So if there's four people ahead of you in line like there was when I went, you could stay in there for 15 minutes without getting to order. At which point you'd leave, because that level of poor service is unacceptable.

I had such a great experience here. There were 3 non dairy options and at least one was nut free (strawberry marshmallow). The worker Kayla used a new container and spoon and washed her hands because I have a dairy and nut allergy. I have never felt so safe eating from a place that is largely dairy and nut focused. I can't wait to get a sweet treat here again
