I was visiting Newport and decided to stop by your shop with a friend to get ice cream around 4pm on August 31st when we pointed out to the young guy making the order that he gave me the wrong cone. After pointing out that we asked for waffle cone he became very rude and started throwing things around and even swore. Needless to say we will not be returning there again.
The staff at Sprinkles is simply as good as it gets anywhere. Oddly enough, you have to try their hot dogs they’re amazing! They are always incredibly welcoming, positive, friendly and will put a smile on your face. Even after an hour line full of customers! Lily and Jaylin are the best of the best!!! Thank you!!!!
Sprinkles Ice Cream was okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. The ice cream was fine, but nothing really stood out or made me want to come back. I'm glad I tried it once, but it's probably not a place I'd go out of my way to visit again.

Sprinkles Ice Cream is a local gem with a fantastic location adjacent to the wharf. The ice cream flavor is insanely good, with must-try options like the double raspberry truffle and peanut butter caramel. One visitor noted it is the best peanut butter ice cream ever had. The affogato hits the spot, and the extraordinary cupcake is wonderfully moist with rich, velvety frosting. Service is usually fast, with one order taking about 2 minutes. The portion size is incredible, and there are many color options for sprinkles, a huge hit with kids. However, experiences vary. The teens that are the heart and soul of the shop are appreciated, but one customer reported a rude young worker who swore and threw things after a cone mistake. Another visitor witnessed workers being given a hard time about their order. Despite this, the area is beautiful, with chairs by the dock to enjoy sweets.
