I was visiting Newport and decided to stop by your shop with a friend to get ice cream around 4pm on August 31st when we pointed out to the young guy making the order that he gave me the wrong cone. After pointing out that we asked for waffle cone he became very rude and started throwing things around and even swore. Needless to say we will not be returning there again.
After waiting 35+ minutes on a busy Saturday evening, we got to the front of the line and my daughter ordered a chocolate shake for her birthday. The worker said she would not make it because ‘the line was too long’. Extremely disappointed that we waited 35+ minutes to get denied service for something they had available and on their menu. It was our annual ‘go to’ ice cream stop, but sounds like we will have to find a new one.

Another visitor witnessed workers being given a hard time about their order. Despite this, the area is beautiful, with chairs by the dock to enjoy sweets.
