Brunch on Sundays is amazing. What unique combinations of traditional brunch infused with Boru's Asian cuisine. I had the Sweet Potato Arugula Benedict and it was absolutely amazing. My husband had the chicken fennel sausage frittata with poached eggs added. Cooked to perfection.
We were hungry and decided to go to our favorite spot for noodles and as luck would have it they were trying out a brunch menu for the first time. My boyfriend stuck with his usual spicy miso ramen bowl (sorry no pic) I decided to try the brunch menu. I chose the chicken fennel sausage omelette with goat cheese, caramelized onions and roasted apple and it was phenomenal!!!!! It came with togarashi tots and fresh fruit. The best noodle bowl restaurant in R.I. according to my “expert” opinion ? Not fancy but low key, & delicious with plenty to take home! Waitress “Ireland” was very busy up front but made sure to check in on us! Definitely worth the visit if you are ever in Newport,R.I.
