Giusto is an experience. The service is impeccable. It's mostly a tasting menu/tapas. We tried all of the starters. By the time we were done with those, I wasn't hungry enough for an entree, but we all tasted eachothers. The oysters, caesar of the season, which was brussel, and scotch meatball were my favorite. This is not a place for picky eaters not open to trying new and different things! We definitely want to go back in the summer when all the windows are open.

This place is for gourmands not people who got used to eating huge portions at Italian restaurants and get the regular pasta and meatballs or pizza.This place is for a gourmand who appreciates the flavor, small but different bites and wants to indulge rather feel up a stomach.I personally applaud the kitchen)small but very delicious unique dishes which I would not consider Italian cuisine but more like New American. I loved it.
