“We had an outstanding experience here on Easter Sunday. From start to finish, everything was excellent—both the food and the service were truly top tier. Our waitress was engaging, personable, and even took the time to share some Rhode Island folklore with us, which made the evening feel extra special. We’re visiting from Long Island and touring URI, and this was easily one of the highlights of our trip. The cod and sole were beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. We also loved the espresso martini crème brûlée and cappuccino—such a perfect way to end the meal. Would absolutely return and highly recommend.“

“Just finished great meal. Huge lobster roll, high quality kids chicken and big beefy kids burger. I had the fish n chips which was amazing! Old Bay fries and what had to be a whole Cod! The best part was Peter N. He was very informative, quick in serving the kids which lets Mom and Dad relax. Such a great day and great meal.“

“Vieste Restaurant in Newport is a wonderful experience! Tony and Will always make you feel genuinely welcome, and the busy, energetic atmosphere gives the restaurant a fun and dynamic vibe. The waitstaff and bar service are excellent. We especially loved the Bocce Ball, the enormous meatball, and the sautéed calamari with tomato sauce. It was such a treat to enjoy calamari that wasn't deep-fried and it was delicious! The live music on the weekends is an added bonus. A great spot for delicious food, friendly service, and a lively Newport night out.“
