I visited with a group of five on a Saturday in August, and it was packed. I ordered the mussels in a white wine garlic sauce, which were delicious, paired with the petite frites. However, my mother-in-law had a less-than-ideal experience with the salmon toast; they were out of cream cheese and charged her extra to substitute grilled onions, which didn't go over well. The rest of the group enjoyed their meals. While the prices are on the higher side, it’s expected for Newport. The location is fantastic, but the interior is a bit tight, especially during busy times. Overall, it's a nice spot to visit, just be prepared for some trade-offs.“
