“I moved to a different city and it's been a year and every day i think about this place. food was so beyond good. had me eating things i thought I didn't like, the flavor was there!It's small and looks like it needs a bit of organizing, but staff were attentive. They make your food pretty quickly and it Seems like good quality, definitely not the best, but not the worst either. they don't cut the cucumbers into small slices, and they leave the skin on the cucumbers as well which is weird in my opinion and they're large chunks, the sushi rolls are expensive but they are HUGE so you're definitely getting your monies worth!“
“You walk into a warm and very clean atmosphere and are greeted by a friendly staff. The menu is written in Japanese and adds to the atmosphere. The owner came out and personally answered all of our questions. The meal starts with a hot wash cloth which is a very nice touch. Our appetizer was crunchy spring roles that were served with a generous and tasty portion of sauce. My wife ordered Sakura Gozen Teishoku special, which is a whole meal. I went with the Chicken Teriyaki. Her dinner special was a special dining delight as was my Chicken Teriyaki. If you are looking for a Japanese dinner experience in the New Bedford area, this is the place. It was worth the drive for us. Come hungry and I know you will leave happy after a great dining experience.“
“Have ordered takeout from here several times, and they are now the only sushi place we order from. Their system during covid was a bit confusing at first, but with everything open now, that's a non-issue. Have never been inside (husband picks up our orders). And lastly, their pricing is very competitive compared to all the other sushi places around. Highly recommend!“

“Very cute Japanese restaurant! It was easy to find off the street parking. Upon entering, we were quickly greeted by staff. The owner was our server and he went over the menus with us. I really enjoyed the tea I got (the Ayame?), it was refreshing. The miso soup was tasty and I absolutely loved the three speciality rolls I got! This will be my new favorite go to spot for sushi (worth the drive from Tiverton!) It's a small restaurant, so it does take time for dishes to come out. But I could tell they put a lot of effort into the presentation, which is nice. Lastly, the owner gave us free tea (yuzu!) to finish our meal and offered us some cute sushi stickers. Overall, such a great experience. Definitely recommend!“
