Mindy's Place in Middletown has quickly become a favorite for many. The Chinese steamed pork dumplings are very tasty with a light dipping sauce, and the yellow tail, tuna and salmon skin hand roll is a standout, with the salmon skin hand roll served warm to enhance the taste. Dinner options include eggplant tofu, potstickers, Singaporean noodles, salmon, and Duck bun, all described as delish with very good service. Everything is made fresh, from huge egg rolls to the chicken in the chicken fried rice. The chicken fingers are delicious. Other items include chicken and broccoli with chicken fried rice, Mai Tai, Nigiri sampler, beef negimaki, chicken chow fun, string beans with garlic, Hunan chicken, Crab Rangoon, general Tsaos, and pork fried rice. The Mai Tai is the best in some time, with fresh fruit, quality liquor and mix. The beef negimaki is loaded with scallions and tender beef. The Crab Rangoon is yummy gooey perfection, and the general Tsaos is absolutely amazing. The environment is nice and the pricing is a good value.
