Excellent lobster rolls; great price. Restaurant well hidden in the boatyard. Ideal on a sunny day but the food is always good. My pancake was not cooked through. They replaced it and eliminated the charge. That's great customer service.

A boatyard Cafe/Coffee Shop done right to high level professional standards with approachable pricing! Excellent, no fuss, well executed and presented food served in mid-scale with appropriate clean ambiance. In a league to its own as it lacks a the progressive, grungy, crunchiness associated with similar venues on boatyards. Will return soon.

I’ve been told that this place is great for breakfast/brunch. We came in and were told there was a 15 minute wait. We decided to wait and a server came over and seated 2 parties that came in after us and had not even been on the waitlist nor did they have a reservation (he did not check the waitlist and when we tried to get his attention he ignored us). The restaurant’s solution was to sit us at a “shared table” they had. Food was absolutely nothing special. We were still working through our meal when different servers would try to take plates we were still working through. We were still eating through our meal and the server came over handed us a check and said “Please take your time” (Keep in mind we had been seated for probably 30 min total). We put 2 cards down to split and instead of splitting she decided to charge my card twice. Overall a horrible experience. Please don’t come here. Newport is a beautiful town with many different restaurants that will give better service and better food.

Great BLT, quick service. Not a fan of being charged for a refill of lemon tea though. But it was good. Neat location in the boat yard. Probably really nice in the warmer months too.

A great hide-and-way for breakfast or brunch. The prices are pretty decent compared to others in town. Service was quick! The chowder was worth writing home about. Had the breakfast sandwich and it was a nice spread for one.

Cozy café on the water that serves a delicious breakfast and has fantastic service. There may be a wait but the food is worth it. The staff was very accommodating to our requests. Special omelet of day was made to order with a twist just for me. Same for my lady friend.Top notch breakfast experience.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

We visited 2 mornings in a row. The service was efficient and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. We thought that the prices were especially reasonable for the area. The Marriott Newport is nearby and a quick walk to and from the restaurant.Highly recommend.

Had the best breakfast at Belle's cafe. The pancakes and bacon, egg, and cheese croissant were delicious! It's located in a marina, so you have a great view of sailboats in the water. You will have to find parking on the side street and walk passed the gate on the marina.

Belle's was everything we could have wanted, and more! Truly in one of the coolest settings I've ever seen a restaurant. Order the eggs Benedict- you won't be disappointed! Service was quick and everyone was friendly. This was the perfect spot to start our day!

Checked out this place because it consistently popped up in our searches as one of the recommend places to eat when in Newport. Had high hopes but had to admit I was a tad disappointed with our experience here. It probably had to do with our luck, but my friends and I came at a busy time and ended up waiting around 40 minutes to be seated, which we were fine with waiting but it ended up being a longer wait than we were told to expect so I think that dampened the excitement before we started to eat. I ordered the eggs Benedict and I have no complaints. In particular I really liked their home fries- the seasoning was on point!! I think it was that we were expecting more given that we waited so long. Again probably just our luck--so I would say this place is good but nothing extraordinary. I still think it's a solid place to get brunch but it's all about managing expectations, which I learned the hard way.

Absolute hidden gem. Honestly a some of the best breakfast food I’ve had. Limited selection, fair pricing considering the location. That being said, do NOT order the mimosa. Skimpiest serving I’ve ever seen at, generously, 8oz.But the Wacky Waffles and their Azorean Slammer special were both top 3 best meals respectively.

Most of the time, we think of this place in the summer to sit outside by the water. But they have really good food, friendly service. So even if you can't sit outside, check this place out. I have had eggs benedict before , and they were delicious. This time, I took a sandwich and coffee to go. Excellent.

I wish I took photos. This was a hidden gem, tucked away off the main road, through a marina. They had outdoor seating that is probably used in the warmer weather, but we went in November and we're seated quickly. When we left there were many more people who ordered take out and sat at the tables along the dock. The food was delicious. We ordered the Benedict, waffles for my son, and I got the tuna melt with cole slaw. Definitely going to head back soon.
